Ginger and Cinnamon Tea

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup of fresh ginger, grated1/2 cinnamon stick2.5 cups of water1/4 cup of white sugar (or honey)
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in a saucepan.
Add freshly grated ginger and cinnamon stick to boiling water.Strain. Sweeten with sugar/honey. Enjoy.
